3. Project Requirements
Clients must provide accurate information and necessary materials such as:

Branding materials

Login or hosting access
Delays from the client may affect delivery timelines.
4. Payments & Billing

Payments must be made as outlined in the project invoice.

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Final files or website launch may only occur after full payment is received.

Late or failed payments may delay project delivery.
5. Revisions
Most projects include a limited number of revisions as outlined in the agreement.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final website files and content created for the project.

8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, plugins, software, or integrations.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party systems.
9. Website Content & Security
We are not liable for:

Damages caused by malware, hacking, or hosting failures

Losses resulting from client’s actions or third-party modifications
If you choose a maintenance plan, we will manage updates and security accordingly.
10. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided after work has begun.
Exceptions may be considered depending on the situation.
11. Limitation of Liability
Riayath IT Solutions is not responsible for:

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
12. Termination
We may terminate a project if:

Payments are not made

Communication stops for 14+ days
Work completed up to the date of termination must be paid in full.
